The data controller
Ivorywick Online Media Limited, Eurotowers, Europort Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, decides how personal data passing through www.topratedbetting.com is used, and answers at [email protected]. Nothing on the site requires a login: there is no member area, no comment thread, no mailing list and no web form. Personal data therefore comes down to what browsers transmit with each request and what you decide to include in an email.
Records we keep
- Server records. Our host, together with the Cloudflare network that delivers the pages, notes IP address, browser, requested address, referrer and timestamp for every hit.
- Bookmaker clicks. Following a
/go/button makes the redirect service log which button, at what moment, plus the ID stored inmz_vid. Without that record we could not match a commission to our pages. - Correspondence. Writing in hands us the sender address you used and whatever the message says.
Cookies
Our own domain can receive the following four, and nothing else from us:

No third-party analytics (Google Analytics included), ad pixels, session replay or push-notification code runs here. When you move on to a bookmaker, its site has a cookie notice of its own. Blocking or clearing them in your browser leaves every page fully usable.
Purposes and legal grounds
Server records, mz_vid and mz_src are justified as our legitimate interests under the UK GDPR: protecting the site, understanding where readers arrive from and reconciling the referrals explained under Bookmaker partnerships. Emails serve one purpose – replying. Profiling and automated decision-making play no part.
Recipients
Hosting, delivery and redirect suppliers act as our processors. A bookmaker reached via our button sees a referral code naming this site, never your identity. Public bodies get information only when the law compels it. Selling reader data is something we do not do.
Storage periods and transfers
Cookie lifetimes follow the table above. Server records are held just long enough for security work and commission reconciliation and then erased; emails are removed once the matter is closed. If a supplier processes information beyond the United Kingdom, the legal transfer safeguards are relied on.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability are all available. Email [email protected] from the inbox you want answered, naming the right you wish to exercise. You may also take a grievance to the ICO or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Under-18s
Nobody below 18 is meant to read this site. Data found to belong to a minor is deleted.
