Publisher. TopRatedBetting (www.topratedbetting.com) is a title of Ivorywick Online Media Limited, registered at Eurotowers, Europort Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. On this page “we” and “our” mean Ivorywick, while “you” is whoever happens to be reading. Letters go to the registered address; emails to [email protected].
1. Agreeing to the rules
By reading on, you take these rules and our privacy policy as a package. If they do not suit you, please stop using TopRatedBetting. Statutory consumer protection available to you in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland stays in force regardless of anything written here.
2. Intended readers
Our material is meant for grown-ups of 18 or older based in Great Britain. A licensed bookmaker may not take a stake from anyone younger, and we have no wish to attract them. Only firms licensed by the Gambling Commission may lawfully offer remote betting to British customers. Readers abroad are bound by their own national rules and should look those up for themselves.
3. Information, not instructions
Reviews, comparison tables and guides here describe; they do not instruct. You will not find tips with a promised payout, investment guidance or personal recommendations on these pages. TopRatedBetting never takes stakes, keeps anybody’s balance or opens betting accounts. A wager is a deal struck between you and a bookmaker, on that bookmaker’s conditions.
4. Promotions, prices and licence records
Each welcome deal is compared against the operator’s published conditions, each licence is looked up in the Gambling Commission public register, and each such check carries a date. Even so, a bookmaker may rewrite a promotion, pull it or have its licence suspended overnight with no word to us. If the two versions clash, trust the one on the bookmaker’s site at registration. 5. Outgoing links
Buttons to bookmakers usually route via a /go/ address and are tracked: a sign-up made that way may earn us a referral fee from the operator. Your price stays identical and no fee purchases a ranking slot; Bookmaker partnerships lays the arrangement out in full. Links to charities, the regulator and other third parties are a courtesy. Whatever those organisations print is their own responsibility.
6. Ownership of the content
Wording, layout, icons and the TopRatedBetting name are owned by the publisher or used under licence. A brief quotation credited with a link is welcome. Wholesale copying, reproducing our comparison tables or harvesting pages with automated tools requires written consent from us beforehand. Brand names and logos of bookmakers belong to the respective companies and are shown purely for identification.
7. Limits of our responsibility
Accuracy matters to us and we work at it. Within what English law permits, though, we carry no responsibility for money lost on bets, for how a bookmaker treats your account – winnings held back, bets cancelled, accounts shut, documents demanded – or for downtime of the site. Liability that cannot legally be contracted out of, fraud and injury or death through our negligence among it, is untouched.
8. Keeping gambling in proportion

We revise this page whenever our features or the legal backdrop move; the “Checked” stamp beneath the heading records the latest pass. These rules fall under English law. Anyone living in Scotland or Northern Ireland retains the right to go to the courts at home.
